In 1981 I produced my first limited edition prints from ink drawings depicting local buildings and wildlife. I hand painted these prints with watercolor washes and began where many artists do, displaying at art exhibits in shopping centers. This proved to be very successful and within 3 years, I was able to support my family as a "full time artist".
My first solo exhibition in 1983 was on par with every other "first", a frightening but rewarding experience.
